Ewa Pawelec – CAD & Product Development
I am a Senior Jewelry CAD Designer with over a decade of experience developing production-ready models for fine and high jewelry. Since beginning my professional journey in 2014, I have specialized in translating complex design concepts into precise CAD models using Rhino and MatrixGold, with a strong focus on manufacturability, structural integrity, and refined aesthetics.
My work bridges creative design and production, allowing me to collaborate closely with designers, jewelers, and production teams to bring ideas to life. I have extensive experience in pavé layouts, complex assemblies, ceramic channels, enamel, and one-of-a-kind high jewelry. I also bring hands-on expertise in metal 3D printing and a deep understanding of the full jewelry manufacturing process.
Throughout my career, I have worked with jewelry manufacturers, independent designers, and luxury production environments, contributing to both custom and production pieces. In addition to my technical work, I support team development by mentoring CAD designers and sharing best practices for modeling, file organization, and efficient production workflows.
My passion for jewelry began at a young age, when I first learned to string a pearl necklace at 11 years old. That early experience sparked a lifelong connection to the craft. Today, I combine traditional bench knowledge with advanced digital tools, exploring both sculptural and technical approaches to create jewelry that is both visually compelling and fully manufacturable.
